Dosage & Usage
Adults and children aged 6 and up:
1-3 sprays in each nostril.
Use 2-3 times daily for nasal congestion or more often as needed.
Remove the plastic cap. Pump a few times until you achieve a steady spray. Keep your head upright and spray into each nostril. Repeat as necessary.
Once opened, the product should be for personal use and is good for 2 months from the opening date.
