    Good products but poor toiletry bag

    The products in the advent calendar are great, but the toiletry bag really brings down the overall impression. The handle comes loose as soon as you try to lift the bag, and it can't even hold the weight of the included products. The bag is large and spacious, but in practice, it's quite unusable. Such a shame, because with better quality on the toiletry bag, the overall impression could have been 5/5 stars.

    Extremely poor toiletry bag!!!

    I was so looking forward to giving this to my husband for Christmas. But when I tried to take the toiletry bag out of the box, it broke 😬. I want my husband to get something whole! After the complaint, I received a code for a 200 kr discount as consolation. I don’t want that, I want a whole and functioning toiletry bag. I think this was absolutely unacceptable. And the compensation is a joke from Lyko! And I, who still orders a lot from you, just say NO, not ok!!!

      I wonder the same, because it’s not worth buying one that is most likely broken, and then getting a compensation of 200kr on the NEXT purchase, as I read that a previous customer received. That is, no compensation at all unless you choose to buy a new product.

    Totally super calendar with lots of great content😍 the hemp on the toiletry bag slipped out so fast when I lifted up the calendar, but that's fine since it's not the reason I bought the calendar and it can just be sewn on later😍 can't wait to see my boyfriend open it in December😍

    I am satisfied!

    I bought the advent calendar for my teenage sons and I am satisfied with the content, which is varied. They are interested in skin, hair, and body care, and it’s going to be super fun! It’s great that you can see what’s included and click on all the products before you buy. Yes, the handle broke, but I didn’t buy the calendar for the bag’s sake, and who even uses such a large toiletry bag. ;-) I am satisfied with the compensation of 200:- that Lyko gave. I hardly think the bag is worth more than 200:- and it can be used even without the handle.

    Ok content, worthless toiletry bag

    The content itself is actually quite ok, I haven't tried them but just checked that everything is there (since it's actually going to be a calendar for my husband), but I completely agree with all the other reviewers - the zipper is utterly worthless and the handle is the same. It can't be used at all. Applies to both calendars I bought.

    Worthless toiletry bag

    I was going to unpack the calendar and wrap it up, and the first thing that happens is the handle breaks… the zipper is also totally worthless and the toiletry bag is way too big and unusable..

      Well josefine, didn't you buy the calendar just for the toiletry bag? So what does it matter if it doesn't have such good quality? As long as the products are in good condition, there's probably not much to complain about then💀

    Really bad toiletry bag

    Bought both mandatories and this one, and the same problem with both. Haven't opened the products so I can't comment on them, but as soon as you lift the toiletry bag, the handle falls off. Lyko isn't particularly interested in a complaint and says it's because the products in the toiletry bag are too heavy... So if you want to use this large toiletry bag, you can't have heavy things in it.... If I'm not satisfied with that, I have to send it back, they say... After asking about a complaint, they offered 200 kr discount on a new purchase, for a total of 3 defective toiletry bags, bought 3 calendars and all are the same.. so the toiletry bag is apparently only worth 66 kr. Really bad.

    Poor quality

    The makeup bag broke when I took it out of the packaging. The handle came off. Also, the zipper is really difficult to use. The bag itself is unusable, but everything else inside was in the bag.
