Great Earth Beta-carotene contains 100 mg of beta-carotene per capsule from the natural source Blakeslea trispora, giving your skin the best conditions for a golden and healthy glow. Beta-carotene is a precursor to Vitamin A and acts as an antioxidant, contributing to the maintenance of normal skin. To increase the absorption of beta-carotene in the body, we have also added MCT oil from coconut.
