Apply a generous amount of sunscreen (2 mg/cm² of skin) to clean, dry skin at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Using too little cream significantly reduces the effectiveness of the sun protection. Reapply every two hours if you're in direct sunlight, especially after towel drying, swimming, or sweating. It's super important to reapply to maintain protection and ensure the treatment works. Don’t forget to rock your sunglasses and sun hat when soaking up the rays. Also, try to avoid sun exposure during peak hours when the sun is blazing (11 AM – 4 PM). For external use only. Shake well before use.
