How to use:
Apply to your feet before exercise as a protective layer to reduce friction that may occur. Alternatively, massage onto clean feet, focusing on heels and soles. For best results, use after a foot bath or directly after showering. For an extra intensive treatment, apply generously in the evening and cover with thin socks – wake up with soft and hydrated feet!
