      Hey Bella! 👋☺️ Yes, this is a complete bleaching kit with both bleaching powder and 40-volume hydrogen peroxide, so you don't need to buy hydrogen peroxide separately. Remember that 40 vol is strong, so if you want a milder lift, you can choose 30 vol instead 🤍 All the best!

    want to bleach but don't really know what toner to use, don't want it to be yellow at all because I want to dye it blue
