Works really well
They really work really well. I don't put makeup on them, so I don't know how well it works, but it does its job very nicely. It pulls deep inflamed pimples to the surface and can open pimples that are already there. If I squeeze a pimple and put one of these on for a few hours, it pulls out the remaining "gunk" and reduces the irritation so that I, the next day, look like I didn't even have a pimple there in the first place.

Can't speak for others, but I think these patches fit well and calm and reduce pimples nicely. I use them partly to avoid picking at pimples, which I find helps. Great to have different sizes of patches and a double pack for a discounted price.

Liv saves!
Works super well on pimples. Cleans the skin and puts them on afterwards, and lets them work overnight. The pimples become much smaller, or completely gone! Tip: poke a small hole in the pimple before you put the patch on, then it works extra well. #lykoreview
