Feels like coconut oil!
Yes, what do we think of this mask 🤔 I don't dislike it at all. What I like about it is that it melts very nicely in the hand when massaged in before being applied to the face. The feeling is almost like coconut oil but without the stickiness. It lays nicely on the skin and doesn't feel sticky, you get a shiny surface. The consistency of the mask is compact, so I first massage it into my hand before applying it to my face. It doesn't have a scent in my opinion, nothing I've noticed since I'm quite sensitive to scents. Sometimes I can tolerate strong scents, sometimes not. It depends on how the hormones in my body react from day to day, haha. I usually sleep with the mask on if I use it. Even though I like the mask, it feels like something is missing in terms of moisture since my skin loves moisture. When I wake up, the mask is still on and my face feels smooth from the mask, but as soon as I wash the mask off, my skin feels a bit tight. It feels a bit like the mask doesn't fully penetrate me. In my opinion, this mask should be used in the summer, but this year I need something more. Rancid smell
So disappointed with this. Smells rancid and old. Maybe I got a jar from an old batch or something, but it was absolutely terrible and not something I want to put on my pillow. My skin didn't like this cream at first, but now I love it!
Update: The first few times I tried this cream, my skin hated it. It got so irritated, dry, and the cream felt gritty - almost like a scrub. I tried the product again after a while, and now my skin just loves it! The grittiness just melts into the skin and I get so much glow and moisture the morning after! It’s quite heavy, so I only use it at night and rinse my face with water in the morning, and it works great. I use it as an extra treatment a couple of times a week. Old review: My skin is a bit extra dry now in the winter, and I have some irritation due to retinoids. My facial skin absolutely did not like this cream unfortunately, it started to sting - which is strange since I usually don’t react to any products.
