I've used this kajal pencil to do eyeliner and also on the waterline, easy to apply and pigmented, I feel like it doesn't dry out. I like that you can twist the product up. The only thing that works for me
I have extremely watery and sensitive eyes. I've tried SO many different pencils, and this one is the one that saves me!!! It doesn't irritate my eyes at all, and once you get it in place and let it dry, it stays on really well even though I have eyes that water constantly throughout the day, I can't do my makeup without this1 product in post The only thing that works for me144 views
